Made an appointment to go in person to look at three watches, a Tudor, Panerai, and a Grand Seiko. Robert, was very knowledgeable and kind, and did not pressure me into any decisions. I ended up purchasing the Tudor Black Bay GMT 'Pepsi' from them at a very reasonable price and it has been working great! Highly recommend. One possible suggestion, when going in person it would be nice to be able to view more watches, just a thought.

Year ago Kevin was able to source a steel submariner for me. I have been wearing it just about every day and enjoying it. As many of you know London is a tough place to get a steel submariner and I tried a few dealers and none came through.
